Dataside started out in June of 1999 as Collocation Solutions. Collocation Solutions' unique approach to enterprise data center space allowed the company to be very successful within the I.D.C. marketplace, opening in the span of eight years a total of six new data centers. The company acquired COMDEPOT, a network services provider, in February 2004, and expanded our product line to include managed communications and WAN network services.

With the integration of the two companies, and our expanding product set, our original name did not convey the breadth of our capabilities to the market place, so in November of 2005 we changed our name to Dataside.

Today as Dataside, we offer a wide variety of services in addition to colocation such as Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), and WAN solutions such as frame relay, private line, MPLS, VPLS, and VPN.
